HUMP DAY ISN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE! HAD A REALLY LONG DAY AND IT LOOKS LIKE MORE OF THE SAME. I HAD MY RESISTENCE TRAINING YESTERDAY BUT HAD TO GET SOME CRITICAL THINGS OUT AND THAT DIDN'T WORK. SO I'M NOT SO DISSAPOINTED IN ONLY LOSING .2 POUNDS BUT HAVE TO GET BACK ON TRACK WITH MY WORKOUT.
