Another loss, I'm so very happy 😊
I feel better in myself, I'm not in so much pain so am able to move about more which is helping to burning some calories. I am getting into clothes that I haven't been able to fit into for ages. I know I look better and it's a real boost to my self confidence. I will never be truly happy with how I look but I have come a long way
I've just got to keep going in the right direction
