Started IF last week Monday. doing 15/9 for now, gradually getting into it. I love how it's teaching me discipline, once that timer starts at 8.15 pm I know I can't pig out on cereal or toast later in the night. (or look for any crap to binge on) I am feeling less bloated and happy to have a schedule and purpose for each day. I also break my fast with herbalife thermal tea, with the added aloe, I add cold water and ice to make an ice tea. helps with getting the water intake in. not much break in the weigh loss yet, but it is coming down slooooowly.
