I must have eaten too much fruit dip last night. Too much altogether being that it was nearly 1700 calories, according to my calculations . So over 1700+ calories causes me weight gain. Perhaps it's because I'm 5'2 in height, but there seems to be very little calorie range between my losing and gaining weight, and I still lose weight around 1300. 1500 may be my maintenance range.
