two days to drop 1.4 lbs and woke up ready and positive. Coffee tasted great this morning. (Mind you its freshly ground Guatamalean and its sooo good!) Also seems i got the settings changed for public. idk how or where. but hooray so officially hello. I started this journey at 358 lbs with a knee injury. first time I injured myself like this on a leg. was a wake up call! Turns out I also went diabetic with being fat & inactive as of late. I used to be a 340 lb farm boy, 58 shoulders 32 waist so never really liked scales as I was reasonably lean looking. now tho...sigh. getting old seems to happen fast. So trying for Keto slowly going for it. but keeping carbs under 30 is the goal. however its a learning curve as carbs hide everywhere! Shifty Buggers.

Thank you. I think the flax helped a lot, experimenting with keto as I have been is usually tasty but without my normal sources for fiber its looking for alternates that are low carb that I actually like. I used to bake my own bread etc so its a huge change in what im eating. Yet managing cravings been going pretty good. But I still cannot look a pizza or bacon burger in the eye and not blush, and drool a little bit. ;)
