I think this my 3rd day in a row losing .2 pounds each day. I haven't put in much exercise the last few days and do most of my work on the computer so don't get Work exercise.
I'll try to get a bike ride in today but I think our winter here in Huntington Beach is finally upon us. Maybe I'll do the heavy bag later when I'm close to getting things done.
If anyone is reading this, I'd appreciate some suggestions on how to get in some exercise while working.
