Thank you Ridemariel. I have to say I think there is a danger of me sabotaging myself over the weekends. I ate starchy carbs yesterday and today. However, I did 3 flights of stairs 27 times and walked the apartment complex north to south halls 30 times, not to mention all the trips to our kitchen and to the tables of the dining room for 2 meals and meal delivery to our residents. I logged a whopping 37,042 steps yesterday and was incredibly sore when I got home. My feet felt bruised but now they are okay.
