Okay so zero change. I really need to get motivated to move more and eat less. I know what I need to do but seem to be doing a lot of mindless and emotional eating.
Here’s to a better week this week (although I am away next weekend so not convinced my weigh in will be great so really need offset it as much as possible before then)
