Tomorrow is the big day. Although I have been a Vegan for quite some time (off and on for years) I am really looking forward to the Challenge I will be starting tomorrow. The Eat to Live Eating Plan by Dr. Joel Fuhrman is the most sensible and logical method for real change I have ever read. His book is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone who battles with their weight, health or fitness. It scares me to think that so many of us are going to let food kill us because we are too stubborn to concede to a healthy diet. It took me years to understand the full impact of eating a healthy balanced diet and why eating your Veggies and Fruits was actually so important.
