Must have eaten a root vegetable by mistake 🙄 

Hello Steiner, wow you look hot. I'm a bit naughty on the side🤣😂. But I'm Very happily Married. (But hello if not) I'm a cheeky 62 year old. So I'm been light hearted. Very well done you look well, I've already said. You should be proud very well done. But now the very hard work starts I know I've been battling to keep my weight down about 30 plus years still I'm glad I'm fit, well and feeling good so that cannot be bad. My husband is chuffed too. Thats good im sticking to not eating more than 20g of total net carbs per day to stay the same for the rest of my life xx
