Yesterday I ate out. I had a killer meal that lasted me until I went to sleep. It was an exception lol but no refined sugar involved :)
The problem is my RL symptoms came back to that bothering stage, and now I also feel it a bit in my arms. I think that, like in Doublecheese's case, this is definitely connected to stress. I think it's also connected to having stopped eating refined sugar but it's definitely related to stress also.
I'm going to try to replicate what I ate yesterday in my food log but it will not be totally correct since I don't have the real quantities... :)
I haven't exercised lately because I'm kind of "jet lagged" from changing my sleeping schedules lol. I hope this doesn't impact my progress very badly %)
