Well, I'm kind of stuck on a plateau right now and I've only just begun. I am following the plan perfectly....but no luck yet. It's been about a week (or two?) Anyway, the good thing is...I feel better, and my clothes fit better, so that's good! I've been experimenting with recipes and some are good...some are, well, you know.

My goal for this year is to be better about journaling...I am going to start a blog. I have a couple of blogs for my businesses, but I think I want to try blogging about the food I eat, make, or otherwise wish I had the time to make. I am fascinated by some of the food-blogs I've seen, mainly because they have such beautiful photos of the food! Well, being a photographer...I figured, maybe I'll give it a shot. Why not?
