9st 8 (0.5 off at WW yesterday) I've got till Wed to lose 1.5lb if I'm to get that award, which equates to a deficit of 1000 calories a day! Bit tricky, especially given that we're away this weekend visiting family, most of whom won't give a toss about my desire not to start the year failing to achieve the first goal I set myself! This is, of course, assuming the scales at the 2 other WW meetings I've weighed in at agree with my usual ones... I've used my Walkman a couple of times now, it hasn't stopped me counting the lengths but I suppose it distracts me while I'm doing them at least...just have to remember not to sing in the sauna!!
