Still on the right track. Hopefully tomorrow scales will show a small loss.. lets guess at 0.5kg.... I've also been measuring my Blood sugars for last couple of weeks. My waking blood sugar and measuring after eating food. Waking blood sugar has reduced down from the pre diabetic range to normal range. Currently I'm only eating 2 meals a day and only if I'm below 5.5 nmols.. before eating....
