We had a Sunday roast yesterday, and I pigged out on chocolate. However, not every day is a diet day, and it all starts again today. To be honest, it’s not so much the couple of hundred calories that I went over my calories burnt, rather it’s the masses of salt I ate with the roast. It wasn’t the first, nor will it be the last, time I ate slightly too much. Who cares? It’s my journey.
