Today is a big day! The number 140 was always my top line— if I ever hit 140 on the way up, I was going to put on the brakes, exercise more, diet more. It was my line in the sand. Well, 140 came and went. Then 145, then 150 became my absolute line in the sand. You all know what this mental game is I’m sure. And each time I crossed a line, it became easier to cross the next. And then I hit 160. I did something different. I asked for help. And that simple letting go of this rigid plan that existed only in my head, melted away. I started logging and watching what you guys do. I decided CICO was the best place to start. Today I broke 140 for the first time in 2 years. I feel great. Healthy. My goal weight is 135 but from here on out, it’s about strength, flexibility, fun, accountability and maintaining my nutritional plan. Thanks all and I’m here to cheer you on too!!
