Well, the pounds didn't move from yesterday, but the body fat percentage went down so I'm ok with it. The only good thing about the cold that has invaded my chest is that I'm not hungry...always a silver lining. Heck I have to force myself to drink my coffee & milk this morning...now that's sick, lol. Another silver lining...coughing about ever 10 minutes is one heck of an ab workout...lol. I believe that every cloud has a silver lining...even if its made out of tinfoil.

I can't remember how many calories a cough burns but I think it's like 15. It's great to look for the silver lining. Hope you feel better soon!
