Watching the intake, maintaining IF routine of 20/4, and wknds at 16/8, (workdays and family days respectively), along with 6+ kilometer trail walking on the wknds seems to be keeping the downward trend on track. Love it! I can't wear my Fitbit while I work currently so, although I feel I am getting 4 - 5 or more km/day walking around checking all the fitter's stations, I have no way to verify that, so.......
Seems you cannot have 2 Fitbit trackers linked to 1 email. But I have 2 emails, so I am thinking of getting an InspireHR unit with the clip adapter to clip backwards inside my pants pocket where it will be protected but I don't feel like incurring that purchase expense unless they assure me I can then add them together in editing my account. Wish me luck.
