9st 11lb (3 on at WW) 3 not too bad over two weeks of hol I guess, but it put me at 10-2 & then I looked back at my WW weight history and saw I've put on nearly a stone since mid-June, so I really need to get shot of some of that pronto! Back to tracking properly, eating healthily within my points/calories allowance, and getting back into a more active routine. Thursday is day 1 of my WW week, so I've managed 3 days so far, except of course as soon as you resolve to improve, temptation leaps out everywhere at you, and I've had to fit in meals out every day! Anyway, hoping to sort myself out and not let this insidious creep-on continue. MIL was telling me about a nice size 16 coat her daughter gave her that's too big for her, and then said, "so when you get big again, I mean *if* you get big again..." So that's it. I'm determined. I will prove her expectation of me wrong!
