ok guess its in the right direction. hoping for more but i did start working out maybe built some muscle

Woman, u r doing great! Any step in the right direction is PLUS, A POSITIVE, WORTHY OF A PAT ON THE BACK! We know, it starts with small changes, then small weight losses, 1/2 lb here a lb there. If it's not slow & steady, it's NOT going to stay off. We have to make changes that we can live with and continue as long as we r living! It's about a lifestyle change for healthy living. By the way, I too am really scared of ending up in the hospital, or I wonder if I'd b lucky enough to get that far. I'm sure my body thinks I'm a lot older than my real age, and im also sure I have many risks! So, I just have to keep on trying.when I mess up, which I will, we are just human, its important to let it go, and start over again right away...not tomorrow...giggles Love u, thanks for being here for me, but most importunely for you!

It is DEFINITELY in the right direction!!! I have tried all along to keep a mindset that even if I only lose a little weight in a week, that it is still weight that has been lost. Every little bit counts. Keep up the good work, and be proud of every little bit of progress.
