HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!! so I'm not at the weight I want but I was able to lose during a TOM week so I'm happy... I'm so glad that at 31 I'm the healthiest I've ever been... I thk to when I was 21, I was obese, unhealthy and self destructive...

Ten years later, I have everything I could ever want, a beautiful family and look better than ever...
