I have stayed away from the site because I was frustrated with the scale. I could not stop weighing and seeing my weight go up a little or stay the same when I was exercising more and dieting perfectly was making me crazy. I knew I was doing everything right, so I decided to take a break from the site, my scale and just keep walking, eating low carb, recording each calorie and exercise on my FIT ap. Focus on other things and come back here after I had given my body a reasonable amount of time to make a change. Got on the scale today...success. Even more success than it looks on my weigh in because I refused to record my previous weigh in that showed I had gained a couple of pounds. I was thinking...I don't deserve that! I am not recording my weight until it is lower than the last time. I will keep on working until it gets there. Silly I know...but I got on the scale this morning...nervous that my last two weeks would show no progress. Whew...I am losing. Wore jeans last weekend I could NOT squeeze into when I started. I can't say they were comfortable...but they were not a possibility a month ago! I have my next goal jeans displayed in my closet. Working my way into those ones now.
