Restarting my diet.
I have been watching workout videos and was motivated to start losing weight again.
Keto worked for me so I'm trying to make it a lifestyle change. However, carbs are abundant around every corner.
I like the feeling of the fullness it gives but I know it bloats me. I've tried eating more plant based but the bloating is unreal. Going back to what worked for me.
