I never weight myself in the afternoon because i tend to be at least a kilogram heavier than in the mornings but I don't know what happened today. To be honest I'm not doing so great, and it's one of those rare times for me that being anxious results in no appetite. I think it's clear to see it because I suddenly cut about an extra 500 kcal a day. I would usually be too hungry to do that but lately i just can't bother. I end up eating most of my calories of the day at night before sleeping because it's like the last push of the day. Just getting up and preparing something to eat. I am still taking all of my vits and supplements so I'm not too worried although I am a bit worried about why I feel this way but don't worry I have a therapist and a dietitian following my every step and also my gp. So I guess this period will probably pass in a week or so. For now this is what I weight today.
