Have stayed off of carbs, and have watched the lbs start to come off as I am now down 7.5 lbs Generally eating whole foods with limited oils and salt(soups, salads, etc) and not having any cravings or cramping to date. Unwittingly ate a can of Habitant pea soup for lunch and noticed that it has 67 g of carbs, and plenty of salt so expect to have a bit of a setback now, but will keep on eating healthier.
