Three consecutive days below 155 I am happy! On to my next mini goal of 150. I'm working my way to 140. Had to change my goal weight on the advice of my doctor and my trainer (when I had one). Can't figure out how to change it on here though, anyone know? Honestly, I won't mind the number so much as I want my flat tummy back...and the 29 inch waist I had when I felt my healthiest. Not being able to do cardio makes for slooooooooow going on the inches lost part...grrrrr.

Thanks for cheering skwhite! I've been working toward this mini goal for a loooong time. It seemed like every time I got close, I'd jump back up in weight so I didn't let myself cheer till I was under for. Days. Next mini goal is 150...
