Still fasting 2 days a week. Success at sticking to healthy eating on the other days varies, and in general, my weight loss follows tha same pattern. When I eat well for the week, my weight loss is good, if I fast 2 days a week but am not fastidious on the other days, I don't lose weight. Not what they claim for the 2 and 5 diet- I'm meant to be able to lose weight as long as I stick to the fasting, but if I don't eat carefully on the other days, I don't lose weight. The weight loss is also frustratingly slow, but I'm happy that it at least is a general trend in the downwards direction.
