I know I shouldn't weigh in daily but I can tell that my efforts are kicking in. I feel different. I have been consistent with movement for the first time in months, and my appetite is definitely shrinking. This is major. Staying positive here. Hope to lose 5 more lbs by the end of the year. I think I can do it.

5 lbs is doable, but half a pound to a pound a week is a really good target :) well done on going in the right direction as we say :)
