It is weird how the scale does not respond IMMEDIATELY to caloric deficits. Yesterday I had a caloric deficit of about 2,000 calories, yet this morning my weight was up. I bet tomorrow 0.5 Kg will suddenly disappear.

I've heard some people say that you shouldn't weigh-in everyday. I only do it once a week (Monday morning). I do know that you can't be a slave to the scale, a calorie deficit won't necessarily show up the very next day. I see your weight history graph going consistently in the right direction - DOWN ! :)

Even though I way myself frequently (obssession), I compare my weight loss to one week ago to make sure I am still on the right track.
I especially enjoy the FALSE sense of weight loss after a workout bcz of dehydration.
I am having difficulty finding buddies who are staying the course. Of my 6 buddies so far only 2 are still around.
Having the buddy system really helps in motivation, challenge, and walking the talk.
