I was alone this year but still had fun. Family is out of state. Covid, etc. I ate lots of yummy food yesterday, including a bowl of chocolate ice cream to which I added peanut butter and dark chocolate squares.😁 Oh, and I enjoyed some really premium tequila yesterday too with some yummy wings. 😎 Thanks to FS I managed to stay within my goal of 2200 calories (and 100 grams of carbs), and I was able to get in a nice walk (beautiful weather here in Palm Desert, CA) and do some resistance training and cardio from home.
