Ouch... I guess that's what I get for sitting around on my butt and not keeping track of what I ate, there are no days off from moving toward your goal... but I'm facing the music and getting back to it starting today. my physical fitness goals we're not reached over the last week, I'm not sure what my psychological issue is with being consistent but I'm really going to have to work through this.
