9st 4 (2.5 on at WW) I'm surprised at this week's home weigh but not the weight watchers one! I seem to have lost the plot a bit and need to get myself back on track. Talking of tracking, mine has gone to pot a bit and I'm finding I have to do a few days at a time from memory, which is not always very reliable...tho I've still remembered enough to more than deserve my results this week anyway! I did drag myself out for a walk this morning as I knew I had a lot of sitting around at talks on Jane Austen at Godmersham Park. It was a lovely day and the weather held for a stroll round the grounds too so that was beautiful. Unfortunately a bunch of non vegetarians ate all the veggie quiche before I got there so my lunch was a paltry affair but I rather over compensated on the choc biscuits while I was there and then dinner and snacks after I left, oops! I did have a kind of stressful week with big decisions and I've rather used that as an excuse to over indulge, must get back on it now to see if I can avoid it catching up with me next week.
