Two days in a row did 17km bike rides and ate less than 50% recommended daily calories. And gained weight each of those days! I’m going back to sitting on the couch with Gondola pizza, Old Dutch chips and beer. Lots of beer!

I’m blaming carbs for my two day weight gain. Even though my calorie count was very low and cycled lots I had bread, pasta and two apples a day. Didn’t realize a medium apple has 20 grams of carbs. An apple a day keeps the doctor away but I’m limiting them now. And reducing bread even more.
