I don't know what's going on with my weight to be honest. It's not moving. It's been between 89.5 and 90 for about two weeks. I'm back on logging everything I eat, I'm exercising a lot and I still don't see any progress.

Here's how I've been exercising:
- 30 minutes of high intensity cardio monday to friday (it can be a session of c25k -currently on week one-, eliptic, or rowing machine).
- I'd say about 3 or 4 days a week I walk around 4 km or sometimes more.

So this should add at least an extra -2500 kcal a week (according to gogle fit). Between that and that I usually have -200 kcal a day (from my BMR) that gives me -3900 kcals a week which is a bit more than the necessary 3500 kcal per pound. I really don't understand what's going on.
