Ok.. so today I'm pissed off at myself.
Went away for three days - decided to take a "break" from my diet, figured I'd gain a pound or so - no biggie.. FOUR POUNDS?
And it's been consistent for two days now.
Damn.
And I got a lot of exercise - two hour bike ride with hills, two hour hike.. doesn't seem right to me, but, oh well, que sera.. back on the "wagon".
Today? So far, so good.. "just keep swimming".
