Not even above freezing yet, so the doggies will not get walked today, I'm afraid. I'll have to hop on the Stairmaster a bit later. Told my doggies they could do that too in lieu of the walk, but so far they seem unmotivated. LOL!

My weight remained the same which I'm "happy" with, considering it popped up a bit higher after initially getting to 182. But I've only got 19 days to get to 180 for my yearly goal. If I can get to 181 by week's end, then that will leave me 2 weeks to get to 180. Gotta really watch what I'm doing.

Good day to do lots of Christmas present wrapping. Stay warm everybody...



ADDED LATER: It's quite amazing that I burned fewer calories doing 2 Stairmaster routines than I would have walking 3.1 miles at a 3MPH pace, at least according to FS. But I know that the Stairmaster is giving me a stronger workout, as I can feel my heartrate is higher and that's borne out by the heart rate monitor, as well. The last manual routine was great in that it kept me in my training range almost the entire time. The interval routine still spikes the rate enough in a place or two that I support myself until it comes back into the proper range.

Sandy, I am so shocked that the dogs are not motivated to get on that stairmaster! What is wrong with them? lol Try to stay warm and enjoy the gift wrapping!

Way to go on the exercising. I know that when I enter some of my exercising on FS, that is seems rather low too. Oh well, that's ok. At least we are moving. Go Us!!!!! I'm terrible about entering my exercising. I do it every day, but usually forget to enter it.lol Oh well, that's ok too. Hope you have a great day wrapping and stay warm.:)
