Tiny steps. At least they are forward steps. I did not get to swim yesterday due to the water being WAY TOO COLD. Hopefully it will have warmed up by this evening. I still can't walk for exercise, but my foot is healing. I wore a closed back shoe for several hours yesterday, but it irritated the wound, so I'm back to sandals today.

Breakfast of grapefruit slices. Lunch on the road somewhere (I'll be good.) Dinner is likely Tilapia and a veggie.
