I love seeing the scale move in the right direction. It is moving SLOWLY, but at least it is going in the right direction. I am starting to see little changes in the mirror. I will hopefully fit back into most of my FAT clothes (size 10 - 12) soon. It will be a long time before my skinny clothes (size 4) fit again. I have a date for my next Disney vacation!!! May 16, 2014. I have a goal of SKINNY pictures with my first love MICKEY!

Today I will be swimming again. It is over 100 degrees outside, so swimming is wonderful!

Breakfast is a simply a 90 calorie lemon bar. Lunch will be cabbage salad and chicken taco. Dinner is still a mystery.
