Good evening everyone, the past couple of days have been crazy.

Been dealing with lower back pain and despite this, I've been definitely keeping my routine in check and took up 75hard the past 4 weeks.

Accountability is a crazy thing especially when you have the organization of keeping records and tracking your macros.

Body recomposition is definitely underway and I've decided to deload this week to see how my body reacts to it.

Hope everyone is killing their goals this week. And in case you need a reminder that this is a journey, not a destination, this is it.
