9st 6 (half on at WW) Had hoped for better result this week with getting back to work and the usual routine, but of course going back to work had its own challenges and led to a bit of a downfall in itself! Still haven't got right back into the activity, tho I'm ticking over still with the odd bits here and there, and it's so hot it doesn't encourage me, also my shoulder is depressingly feeble. Hopeful for a better week next week :-) My friend said 'oh but it's summer, you can relax!' but my reply was 'you wouldn't say that to an alcoholic!' Obviously I don't want to be obsessive, I can relax a bit, but it's the creeping up bit by bit that has always been my downfall in the past, so it's good to try and keep on top of it and arrest it every so often!
