My weight is fluctuating this week, it's probably just water weight, and I know I shouldn't weight in every day, because I am conscious of these fluctuations now, but right now I'm still trying to find a routine that I can follow, which I think it's the most difficult thing for me.
I started this new weight of eating + tracking 10 days ago. If I judge by my weight today, I've still gone down 800 grams which is around 1 and 3/4 pounds so that's pretty good still.
Yesterday I didn't have my protein shake and I still got roughly the same amount of protein during the day, but I was much more anxious and thinking about food constantly specially during the night (I stayed awake until pretty late which didn't help).
So I'll have it today first thing after my short fasting time is over after I take my levothyroxine.
