Down one pound. Probably water weight. Second day of induction. Went back on induction after eating too much last weekend. Back to my lowest weight this time. Want to continue to my goal of under 200 by Christmas. I know that Thanksgiving is just next week; I want to be thankful for more than all that God has blessed me with by taking care of my body that God has given me. I'm sleeping a total of 8 hours just not all at one time. Have varied my exercise routine, but still doing the challenges. Didn't get to go iceskating last night. No excuses, it rained instead of snowing. I know LauPug that four letter word. As Christmas gets closer I'm looking forward to the white stuff for the kiddos and for those older kiddos too. This is a journey, not a sprint. I can do it with God's Help! Let me encourage you that We Can Do It With God's Help!!!
