I'm still loving phase 1. I can't believe how the scale is showing in my favor every day. after a week or so, I really don't crave the sweets, and I'm not baking cookies and xmas party foods, so there really is no temptations in the house. I bought those "green bags" to keep all the veggies in that I bought. It REALLY helps! veggies are expensive and those green bags really extend the shelf life. well, off to have some eggs and veggie sausage for breakfast!
