Weight held today...always a good thing.
Today, after the overnight storms had cleared, it was "just" 77 degrees outside, but with high humidity. I headed out and managed to get all my walking done. DH took doggies earlier, right after the rain cleared, so it was even a bit cooler for them.
Yesterday, it was just TOO hot and TOO humid to do much of anything outside and definitely too awful to take the dogs out. I swam for 30 minutes later in the afternoon, so at least I got some of my exercise in.
I scored a $1 clean copy of the Dr. Atkins' Vita-Nutrient Solution book at a consignment place! I was so happy to get it. It's been a book I've wanted for quite awhile now, but I keep forgetting to order it. Even though it's older (late '90's), I'm thinking there's still a lot of good info in it. Can't wait to dig in.
