Feeling chuffed with the weight loss. I'm suprised but taking it ha! I've got a protruding disc in my lower back pushing against my nerves affecting my legs so in constant pain at the minute. Having this as something to focus on will hopefully give me some balance if that makes sense. I'm not tending to eat at the right times but hopefully I'll get better at planning etc... Although today I did plan and was going to have an omelette but dropped it so just went to bed 😂🙈
