Down another 2 lbs of sodium!

Counting is the way to go. You can have anything as long as you count it!

Made chicken noodle soup last night that only has 201 mg of sodium (135 cal, 3g fat, 13 carb, 1 fiber, 11 protein) for 1 cup!

did good today. had some unplanned carbs at lunch (friend brought laughing cow cheese wedges with wheat/flax crackers cause i brought her some soup). got home and had black bean lasagna. then, for whatever reason (PMS maybe), i cooked a pack of processed stroganoff flavored noodles. UGH!

what the hell?!?! and i was so proud of myself the past 2 days. well, day is over, tomorrow starts over at 0. i also need to get more water in. lots more!
