In my defense, I weighed myself AFTER taking a shower. Good news, my pants fit differently in the legs. Pretty much the same in the waist, but my pants are longer than usual (meaning my fat is using less fabric to clothe itself) and loose in the thigh region. Walking rocks! 2 long, boring meetings today and a catered lunch. Of course they ordered barbeque, so I won't have any issues over eating. Ugh, I do not like barbeque! I brought my lunch, although I will have to act like I'm eating a mound of meat. My gag reflex is already quivering. I had to drive today since my regular lunch hour has been cut short. I'll try to get back to the fitness room for at least 20 minutes. Surely I can sneak away....
