9st 3.5 (SS at WW) Happy with this, I'm determined to get that certificate and I resisted a few temptations, so that always feels good, like with more use that 'muscle' might actually get stronger! Bank holiday and half term probably not best time to be trying to lose but you've gotta love a challenge! Of course pride comes before a fall so I don't want to get smug or complacent :-) Even as I entered today's figures I saw that I'd gone under 130lb (just!) & straight away the obsessive part of me thinks 'ooh, that would be a good number to aim at staying under...' but I'm going to try not to let this rule me. 5s and zeroes are appealing numbers but this is my body, my health and my life, and I have to try not to get hung up on irrelevancy just because of neat numbers! I'm getting on well with the apple challenge, and my baked apple with raisins, cinnamon and toffee yogurt is a firm favorite at mo and certainly seems to be helping :-) Possible bbq at some point this weekend, which I find a terrible waste of my points, but I've taken as many precautions as I can to minimise the damage so fingers crossed it won't be too bad.
