I lost ANOTHER pound today. I love that these pounds are coming off so easily, but I am of course aware that it is not going to keep being easy. I am slowly starting to incorporate come exercise, walking more and generally trying to be a little less lazy. Being a fatt-butt I often choose to NOT get up to get that remote or get something else, especially if someone is around to do it for me. I am getting into the hapit of just getting up right away and go get what I need. It is not so much for the exercise of getting out of the chair (joke), but to change the attitude to a more "just-do-it" kind of attitude. I think it is working. Life is good.

That is a good start, just start incorporating exercise slowly in your life, especially if you are not use to exercising. So anything that can get you moving try to do it, starting with doing stuff around the house is a good way to get more active, then gradually increase to getting outside perhaps. Keep up the good work! You are doing a great job : )
