Aaaggghhh.. was almost there..
I can't believe how fast I lose/gain my motivation along with my wieght :/
But at least for the past month I've never gone above 56 kg, so that's good, hopefully I'll lower that to a 54 in the following weeks.
Ugh. I wish making "healthy" choices wasn't this hard. Whenever I get hungry the first thing that I crave is chocolate whether it be for breakfast, for lunch, or for a snack at 3am..
This morning I had a kinder-bueno bar first thing in the morning and didn't had a real breakfast. After 2 hours a bowl of cornflakes and some nuts..
at least I'm sort of balancing it out during the day. Now if only I don't crave carbs late at night..
